Complex production results in a considered product
Cigar tobacco involves a complex and precise fermentation process that can take anything from a few weeks to several years. The fermentation influences both the taste and scent of the final cigar.
Cigars are also wrapped in tobacco leaf rather than paper – the less
predictable nature of this organic material means ultra-specific processing to maintain taste and crumble-free qualities.
Crumbling is a problem that can occur at any stage of production; any time the cigar gets too dry. To counter this, we carefully retain moisture during shipping, storage and delivery.
